We are a leading company in the baking ingredients sector, part of the Martin Braun-Gruppe. With a focus on the bulk baking sector, the Martin Braun-Gruppe portfolio includes ingredients for sweet pastries and desserts by the brand Braun, ingredients for bread and rolls by the brand Agrano, premium fruit purees under the brand Capfruit, and ingredients for original Italian gelato under the brand Cresco Italia. All these brands represent the Bakery Ingredients Division. In addition, the Martin Braun-Gruppe carries premium frozen pastries under the brands Wolf ButterBack and Diversi Foods (Frozen Bakery Division).

Braun's product development and marketing experts always focus on the market and current trends and are constantly developing new products and creative pastry ideas.

For 16,000 customers from the area of bakery or confectionary handicraft as well as industrial baking plants in Germany and confectioners across 70 countries around the world, Braun products are the byword for quality baking agents.

Every year, approximately 30,000 t leave the modern production facility in Hanover. A proprietary logistics centre situated on the plant grounds spanning 30,000 m² controls the optimum supply to customers.
Martin Braun maintains its own subsidiaries in oland, Hungary and Spain. Thanks to on-site presence, the best requirements have been met for supplying bakers and confectioners with a wide array of quality products.
